To have your audio visual production given recognition by a jury of producers and corporate sponsors - all experts in the field of film and video production - is a prestigious honor that only a select few will receive.

In the U.S. International Film and Video Festival, the world's largest competition honoring Sponsored & Independently Produced, Business, Television, Industrial & Informational Productions, the judging process is carefully structured to ensure that each entry is judged solely on the basis of merit. Judging committees, comprised of industry representatives, review entries within numerous categories and nominate those they feel are worthy of first place "Gold Camera Awards", "Silver Screen Awards", and certificates for "Creative Excellence".

Since the key to a successful audio visual production is its effectiveness in presenting a message to the intended audience, 60% of the judging score weighs purpose, clarity, style and effectiveness, while the remaining 40% rates creativity, including writing, visuals, sound and editing.

Presentation of an award is not mandatory and the committees are not encumbered by any predetermined quota. Recognition is given only to deserving entries and, because of our high standards, typically fewer than 20% of all entries receive any form of recognition………"
